This 330,000 sf building is comprised of a 19-story high-rise building, an 11-story mid-rise building and an integrated 180 space, three-level parking garage. The two towers house 378 apartments and ground level retail spaces. At the time of design and construction, Troy Boston was the tallest Girder-Slab building in the northeast standing at 19-stories.
