Odeh Engineers worked with DBVW architects to study various options to restore and expand a historic building to serve as a new city hall. The project included the retrofit and repair of an existing fire-damaged building, as well as two new historically compatible additions to the complex.

The $21 million project, completed in 2020, now houses multiple city services and restores the historic buildings to prominence within the Taunton community.

The project is also an AIA RI 2020 Honor & Design Award winner.
