One Dalton is a new 61-story tower comprised of 215 Four Seasons hotel rooms (Floors 1-23) and 180 private luxury condominiums (Floors 26-61). Amenities include a private residences club lounge at 50th floor, a restaurant, salon, golf simulator room, private theater room, pool, spa, and fitness center. There is also a new 5,000 square foot park built at the ground level.

This 742-foot building was the tallest new tower in Boston since 1976 and is now the city’s third-tallest building.

WSP USA designed the building structure and MEP systems, in close collaboration with Odeh Engineers which worked as the construction engineering consultant on numerous challenging issues.
