Project Profile
Waterplace
New mixed use urban development

Odeh Engineers teamed with architect ADD, Inc for the design of this challenging mixed use project on a site in downtown Providence. The project included a three-story below grade parking structure with a ground level plaza, upon which three new towers were constructed.

Two new multi-family residential towers, overlooking Providence’s famous Waterplace Park were designed to maximize views and provide direct access to the park and adjacent riverwalk. The remainder of the garage podium was engineered for a future office building, which was constructed by another developer shortly after the completion of the project. The buildings, completed in 2008, create a new urban center in the city with both commercial and residential space in an environment of tall buildings.
